Jon McGinnis

Jon is a Virginia native, born in Quantico and grew up in Virginia Beach. In 1992 he began his real estate career working in new home sales in Northern Virginia, for 5 years with Van Metre Homes. He went on to a 16 year run as Buyer Specialist for a top-producing RE/MAX team, serving homebuyers and investors alike. Jon developed a broad range of experience working in roles such as an Assistant Site Superintendent, Government/Law Enforcement Relocation Consultant, Assistant Sales & Operations chief for Impresa Modular Homes of Central VA, and a little bit of property management.
Jon is a committed husband, father of 3, and continues his love for helping others through the business of real estate. He also has an arts & technical background; a theater projectionist through high school and later a sales consultant for a music production software company. For fun, he continues to write & record music, go on hikes with his dog, off-roading adventures, and ski trips with his family.
